She has received project grants from the Colorado Council on the Arts, the Montana Arts Council, and in turn is the Co-Chair of RiNo Arts District Board and has served on many panels and committees including Denver’s Commission on Cultural Affairs, Public Art Subcommittee and many public art and grant selection panels.
Ms. Romeo has created permanent and temporary installations (including public art) in a diverse array of media including steel, concrete, ceramics, wood, textiles, found objects, earthworks, and drawing.
Her work has been exhibited in galleries, art centers and museums throughout the region and is represented in public and private collections throughout the United States. She is currently represented by 203 Fine Art, Taos, New Mexico.
