Central to my artistic ethos is a deep appreciation for collecting, whether it is a piece of art or a any ordinary object. I see potential in the discarded and the mundane, breathing new life into these forgotten fragments. Each found object carries a unique history, and through repurposing, I challenge conventional notions of value and worth, weaving narratives that add layers to the overall composition.
Experimentation is at the core of my practice. I fearlessly push boundaries, testing the limits of materials and their inherent properties. The interplay between different elements, both aesthetically and physically, fuels my creative exploration. My artworks become a testament to the possibilities that emerge when one embraces the unpredictable nature of experimentation.
My fascination with texture, mixed media and collage is evident in every piece I create. Whether it's the rough edges of found aluminum or the smooth contours of polished metal, I engage the tactile senses, inviting viewers to experience the artwork on a visceral level. Each texture tells a story, and I skillfully weave these narratives into a tapestry of visual and tactile richness.
Through my art, I invite others to reconsider the boundaries of what is considered art. By elevating ordinary objects to the status of artistic expression, I challenge viewers to see the beauty in the mundane and the extraordinary in the ordinary. My work serves as a reminder that creativity knows no bounds, and the world around us is a canvas waiting to be explored, repurposed, and celebrated.
