For me this deep crop, non-representational sunset cityscape captures the city's constant balancing of its two largest cultures. In the work as in the city, some aspects of city life in Brussels cross between the two populations nearly unmodified, others more greatly changed but still shared, and others remain confined.
This is an older work, archivally framed. It is in my storage I will need to examine the facing. If it does not require replacement I will be able to offer a $100 discount.
