When you go through a hard period, when everything seems to oppose you, when you feel you cannot even bear one more minute, never give up! Because it is the time and place that the course will divert." Rumi

Marjorie's story as an artist began seventy eight years ago. She won a scholarship to attend an art oriented high school. For many years Marjorie was a professional costume designer. Art runs through her family including her parents, cousins and ancestors. Marjorie is now retired from a life of several career paths and now spends her time creating watercolors on a variety of subjects. Many of her pieces reflect her spiritual journey, and others, the fun of letting the colors run and see a picture emerge, then enhanced with ink pen. Marjorie also creates wall hangings in fabric when inspired to put needle and thread to work.
