I completely subscribe to Zach Bush's view that our health and wellbeing is interconnected with earth, and dependant on our connection to nature and the soil

It was fascinating to hear him speak of the biodiversity of our colon being greater than any organism on earth.

And That “The Earth’s soils are a mirror into the conditions of our health as a species. Once bursting with life, the lungs of our planet reflected our ability to thrive on physical and cognitive levels.

Soil is a keeper of life. Within its health lies the capacity to which we are able to function in our highest potential. “ Zach Bush

The changes we hope for are some barefoot steps way, through walks through the forest, some swims in salt water pr glacier lakes, grounding in the grass, smelling the flowers, rubbing leaves and sniffing them like i did automatically during childhood.
