In this body of work I have been investigating the family memory in Garça, the countryside city in Brazil where I was born and where part of my family lives.
These photos and tape drawings on the wall were made on the house of my grandma in Brazil right after her passing and me helping my mom to deal with her belongings. Just my family visited the ephemeral installation and the work is presented as photos or it can also be recreation of the tape drawing on the wall for an installation.Though the space and history is of a personal nature, the work reflects the need for objects in our live in general and our mortality and mourning
