Live painting at a halloween dance by IMagika Om at Kalani. These spirit salamanders called, nature spirits in esoteric circles, came forward for me from this abstract painting. I started with flow forms on loose canvas on the ground. Then after stretching the canvas, I could see the spirits emerging. My job was then to just help them through to our side. People used to have an ability to see these spirits through their breath in ancient India. During the inhale they could go to a child like state and get closer to their life between death and rebirth. The memory and ability to see their non corporeal world. Today we do not remember very much of our life as a baby and thus cannot perceive or remember the realm from which we came before this life.
