As we grow older, the maturity and insight life has given us multiplies. The viewpoints and experiences that come with age are invaluable lessons to us all on how to live life - and live it well. This month we will celebrate the talent and wisdom of the artist over 50.

Themes include Abstract, Animals, Botanical, Cityscape, Countries, Fantasy, Figure, Landscape, Literary, Maritime Art, Modern, Nude, Photojournalism, Political, Portraiture, Seascape, Skyscape, Social Comment, Sporting Art, and Wildlife.​

Mediums include Acrylic, Airbrush, Bronze Charcoal, Collage, Color Pencil, Computer Art, Digital Art, Digital Photography, Drawings, Encaustic, Fiber Arts, Glass Art, Graphite, Illustration, Mixed Media, New Media, Oil, Pastel, Pen and Ink, Photo Assemblage, Printmaking, Sculpture, Traditional Photography, Video, and Watercolor.

We're thrilled to announce our thrilling October exhibit, "Embrace the Darkness," dedicated to celebrating the uncanny, the supernatural, and the mysterious elements of the Day of the Dead and Halloween.  Artists will dive into the shadows and unleash their creativity in this haunting showcase.

A cultural icon is an object made by a human being that is identified by members of a culture as representative of that culture or a physical thing such as the national tree, flower or pastime.

For this in-gallery and online exhibition Las Laguna Art Gallery invited artists across the globe to submit their most outstanding works. This exhibition features artworks in a wide variety of media and subjects. Mediums include Acrylic, Alcohol Ink, Charcoal, Collage, Color Pencil, Computer Art, Digital Art, Digital Photography, Drawings, Encaustic, Fiber Arts, Glass Art, Graphite, Illustration, Mixed Media, New Media, Oil, Pastel, Pen and Ink, Photo Assemblage, Printmaking, Scratchboard, Sculpture, Traditional Photography, Video, and Watercolor.

For this exhibition artist submitted small works with big impact. There is no intended theme for the work; it just needs to fit the criteria of being “small art”. 

For this month of June, we have selected artwork that inspires summer.  We asked the artists to show those summer pieces you are most proud of and happy to have created.
