The colour palette dominated by luminous lemon yellows, soft lavenders, and earthy browns—evokes the breaking dawn. The background is deliberately abstract, mimicking the way light filters through trees, while the stag’s gaze remains sharp and grounding. This painting invites the viewer to pause and experience that quiet, electric moment of connection between human and nature.
Even though the painting is abstract, the eye is clearly defined. It anchors the painting and gives the animal a "soul".
