The early days of quarantining for the COVID Pandemic were often lonely and isolating. These moments caused me to become more inward-thinking; therefore, I focused on creating this body of work. I often felt that my Art was my lifeline.
Red is one of my favorite colors for emphasis and expression of the enthusiastic movements of my characters in these paintings, making them vibrate with excitement.

During the mid 2000s, I enjoyed participating in Nude Drawing and Painting classes in Santa Monica, California with fellow artists, where we were able to create in our own style from the poses of men and women before us on their stage.
