Ascend captures the powerful moment when movement becomes transformation. Sweeping currents of aqua, cerulean, deep blue, and luminous white rise across the canvas, creating a sense of energy, momentum, and possibility that draws the eye ever upward.
At 60" x 60", this commanding original brings both presence and light to a space. Layers of flowing color and intricate detail reveal themselves over time, echoing the ocean's ability to be both powerful and restorative. The composition feels alive with motion, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and experience the uplifting rhythm of the sea.
Inspired by the ocean's constant renewal, Ascend serves as a reminder that growth often begins with movement. Like a wave rising toward the surface or a current finding its path, the piece celebrates resilience, progress, and the beauty of embracing change.
Created for collectors who seek both beauty and meaning, Ascend transforms a room with its scale, energy, and emotional presence. It is a statement piece that inspires optimism while fostering a deeper connection to the natural world.
As with all of Julie Siracusa's work, a portion of proceeds supports marine conservation efforts, helping protect the oceans that inspire the art.
