Reference photo for this piece was taken by our family friend Melanie, mother of the bride, depicting the beach between Tywyn & Aberdovey in Wales. Mel said "It was the light, clouds and racing sea that drew me to take this. A fresh day on a Welsh beach." Wales is very dear to the family, having spent many holidays here and especially for her daughter & husband to be who got engaged in this area. With permission, I re-created this scene in paint as a gift and a momentum of their engagement and wedding.
