Mixed media wall sculpture

A Long Way to Still explores the journey from movement into composure. Each layered form curves inward, building depth through repetition, restraint, and subtle tonal shifts of cream, sand, ash, and soft charcoal.

The sculpture suggests motion without chaos. Expansion without noise. It carries the memory of turbulence, yet settles into balance.

At 81 inches wide, it anchors a space with quiet authority. The dimensional layering casts soft shadows that change throughout the day, creating a living surface that feels both grounded and elevated.

This piece is about the distance we travel within ourselves before arriving at stillness.
