Ravindra Shakya is a very creative and meticulous artist, whose paintings have appeared in exhibitions in Kathmandu and publications. I have never seen this kind of illustrative art done by a Newari artist. Not only is the environment uniquely portrayed, but so is the background and aura of the main figure.
