"Wonder Bloom" speaks to the unbridled potential that each & every child is born with. With proper nurturing, the possibilities of what the child can eventually grow up to be are endless.
In the image at the top of the composition are a pair of hands that are representative of the child's guardian... the hands could belong to a father, a mother, a mentor, etc. The hands are tilting a vessel from which contents are pouring out of and onto the child below. The poured contents are words representing the care & attention that the guardian is literally pouring into the child. The letters have been painted blue in order to give them a resemblance of water.
The child is depicted as a budding floral bloom, head lifted upward in receipt of the care from it's guardian.
Adinkra symbols have also been utilized in the image...
On the vessel that the guardian is holding, there is a repeated pattern featuring the Adinkra symbol, EBAN, which means "Fence". Eban also represents love, safety & security... all which positively impacts a growing child's development.
On the lower half of the image in the background behind the child is the repeated pattern of the adinkra symbol, DENKYEM, which means "Crocodile". Denkyem also represents adaptability & flexibility... which are life navigational tools that a child learns to utilize throughout life.
