About the artist

Amanda Kralovic

Amanda Kralovic was born and raised in the Ballston Lake, NY area. She graduated from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in May 2015 with her MFA in printmaking. Before that, she lived and worked in the city of Boston after attending and graduating in May 2004 from Central Connecticut State University with a BA in Studio Art/Illustration. Throughout her high school and undergraduate education, Amanda was a competitive swimmer.

Her work has been exhibited in many juried national and international exhibitions in the United States and New Zealand. Her recent work deals with the emotional and natural sensations of water as it moves through and around the body and mind portrayed through shape, pattern and color. She has recently taught classes at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Middlebury College, Saratoga Arts and Albany Art Room.

When acquiring new art, Hudson Headwaters seeks pieces that contribute to the ongoing creative culture of our community. Local and regional artists are always given first consideration.

Hudson Headwaters Health Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) funded in part through a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and generous community support. Hudson Headwaters Health Network is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). Hudson Headwaters Health Network is granted medical malpractice liability protection through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) and are considered Federal employees with the Federal government acting as their primary insurer.
