"Concurrents" is a revisiting of structures I have used many times. I love the interaction of the entwining twills and am always tickled to use multiple iterations in the same piece. Having woven this combination many times in off-the-shelf colors, the dyed warp is a first-time design element for me to use in the warp colors. The variations in the dyed warp work with the structures to enhance the ebb and flow of the fabric and make my heart happy. The hand and drape of the finished fabric should translate nicely into a comfortably wearable garment, as well as a thirsty towel or two.
