Donna Carrington was a Kansas City based artist known for her gorgeous landscapes painted en plein air. Donna was born in Bourbon County, Kansas and pursued formal art education at the Kansas City Art Institue. It was there that she received instruction from talented artists such as Donna Aldridge and Robert Sudlow. Donna was a vital member of the Kansas City art scene and was an early member of the Kansas City Artist's Coalition. Donna's work captures the beauty of the Kansas landscapes in an authentic vision of rural beauty.
