Phil Epp was in born Nebraska in 1946, he developed his love for art at a very young age. He currently resides near Newton, Kansas where he finds inspiration from the clouds and landscapes surrounding him. He taught art for Newton public schools for 30 years. Alongside painting, Epp is also well known for his sculptures.
