Our childhood tea parties consisted of “lemon tea”. (I’ve since matured to preferring a nice, strong cup of coffee ). So this piece began with a just a lemon, joined by a teapot, joined by some lavender… and so, a quick lemon painting turned into an afternoon of painting and a tea recipe perhaps?
