Eric J. Brown’s paintings and sculptures have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in galleries and museums throughout the East coast and the South, including the Shaw Center for the Arts in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the Serengeti Plains Gallery in Montclair, New Jersey; the Fulton County Arts Council Southwest Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia; and Ann Connelly Fine Art in Louisiana.
In addition, his work is in public and corporate collections, including those of the Southern University Museum in Baton Rouge, LA (also the Shreveport, and New Orleans Museum branches) and the National Redevelopment, LLC and Real Estate Services in Newark, New Jersey.
Mr. Brown is the recipient of awards and honors. He was honored by the Essex County Chapter of the Link’s Inc. in New Jersey and honorable mention in Essex Exposed 3 as artist of South Orange community in New Jersey.
Eric J. Brown was born in Jersey City, N.J., in 1972. He is a self taught artist.
