This is a scene based on a photo I took in Gertrude Street in Fitzroy, Melbourne. I love the bohemian vibe of this suburb - there is often something cool or unexpected if you take the time to stop and look. As I watched the cyclist crossing the road, I imagined he was on his way to get a litre of milk and perhaps a loaf of bread - a small moment in an ordinary day.
