In creating two artworks for the central room of the Dogwood facility, artist Priscilla Troy was inspired by the theme of community. Her collage work, filled with ephemera such as old photos, newspaper clippings, and personal mementos, functions as a time capsule of the memories of the community members that participate in the center’s daily programming.
