About the artist

Steve Aishman

Steve Aishman is the Dean of Academic Services at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta. Before becoming Dean, Aishman was a professor of photography and cultural theory at many institutions such as Harvard, Massachusetts College of Art, and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. Professor Aishman has his undergraduate degree in Astrophysics from Princeton University and his Masters in Photography from Tufts University. His art work revolves around issues of contemporary visual language.
