Work in my travel series is painted in distinct palettes to capture the essence of each location. Paris is painted in black and white as an homage to the vintage black and white postcards of Paris I collected growing up. The scenes are left with unfinished edges, meant to feel like a vision in one's mind, allowing the viewer to step into the memory with me.
