"Farewell to Venice" derived from my last sight of the light in the early morning hours of Venice as seen from a water taxi to the train station. Using the map of Venice, the blue circles indicate the map of the flood path along the grand canal. This piece was created to express the critical fragility of Venice in the face of climate change.
