With global warming threatening our shorelines, breakwaters will protect us temporarily, but inevitably break. With global warming potentially causing death and destruction, our emotional breakwaters easily crack and spill over leaving us metaphorically underwater. At the bottom of the golden column a crack and cave appear in the rock. As we swim under water, we see a curious portal.
