Artist Collection. Feet are very significant in my culture. It is a sign of respect to touch an elder's feet. I casted this piece in bronze from the footprint of a doll's feet to honor my first daughter, who passed away at one year old. The bronze represents a permanence, an unbreakable memoriam, much like the hope and faith that lives in our souls. Though she passed away at a very young age, this bronze piece will remain.
