作品對我而言就如同一位生命旅程的夥伴，在創作旅程中，透過不斷地潑灑、渲染然後重新建構作品畫面，畫面中與我對話，藉由作品我分享每個時刻的情緒和思想，每件作品都是一段心情蘊釀，透過不斷地反芻形成了一張張生命的旅圖，在旅途中我記錄著快樂、哀傷焦慮、思考的痕跡；旅途中我破壞、修改再破壞…..最後我停在某個圖景中，得到滿足。如同心理學家羅洛梅說:當洞見闖入我們的意識時，是針對著我們一直設法以理性思考的東西；經由洞見展現的觀念或形式，其實是為了完成我在清醒知覺中一直努力追求的那個未完成的「完型﹝Gestalt﹞。」，創作中我追求的僅僅是每個狀態下的生命完型。

For me, works of art are partners of my life’s journey. Through the journey of creation, I must use continuous splashes and renderings to construct the images—images which converse with me. Through the works, I share the thoughts and sentiments of every moment. Every work is a phase of emotional incubation; and through continued ruminations, a map of my life’s journey is formed. As I travel, I record the traces of happiness, sadness, anxiety and thought; as I travel, I destroy, amend and destroy again—finally, I stop at a specific scene and find satisfaction. Like the psychologist, Rollo May said “insight broke into my conscious mind against what I had been trying to think rationally.” Through the ideas or forms of the realized insight, in fact, I am seeking to complete the unfinished “Gestalt” that I am continuously striving after in my conscious mind. That which I pursue in each work is simply the Gestalts of life in their various situations.
