Don Gorvett created a reduction woodcut to commemorate Star Island’s Centennial year in conjunction with the Star Island Corporation 2016. The view is of the Oceanic Hotel and the Star Island Chapel. One of the original prints from the edition is framed in the hotel's lobby during the summer months. The woodcut was created in Don's studio and gallery on Market Street in downtown Portsmouth in 2016.
