Mudras are hand gestures, bearing significant meaning in numerous cultures throughout human history, especially within spiritual and healing traditions. Hands are powerful conductors of our heart’s expression, and when engaged with conscious choice towards love and compassion, are conduits of deep healing. Each unique piece in this Series resonates to create connection, through the elements (earth, water, fire/sun, etc.) and/or through the larger cosmos (stars, sun).

This piece focuses upon Water Energy, connecting to the Water Cycle of our Planet and bodies; the Hand gesture and prose reflects the intended energy of allowing flow between the heaven and earth; precipitation that nourishes the earth, water promotes currents of energetic flow. Water connects to emotions, which we feel in our body, influenced by our relationships. A soft control on the threads of the energetic driver’s wheel assists the natural flow possible, especially in our most intimate relationships.
