Air is the element of movement of subtler forces, aligning with the heart and the energies of higher qualities such as compassion, joy, and beauty. Meditation practices help transmute primal emotions into more refined qualities. Air, like all the elements can be fierce in its expression, but as we cultivate the subtler energies of thought to reverberate at higher resonances, our consciousness expands and we become more integrated and relaxed in our bodies, on the earth and in our consciousness, within the cosmos.
