Inv: WC-1034

This is a detailed watercolor painting depicting two red-eared slider turtles basking on a partially submerged log in a calm, green-tinted body of water. Both turtles are shown with their heads raised, displaying the characteristic red stripe behind each eye that gives the species its name. Their dark, domed shells contrast with the warm reddish-brown tones of the weathered log beneath them. The still water beautifully mirrors the turtles and the log, creating clear reflections below. The overall color palette is dominated by muted greens and earth tones, and the artist's signature is visible in the lower right corner, giving the piece a finished, professional quality.
