The Energetic Heart series explores the healing power of emotional connection. It is inspired by the concept of heart coherence—a harmonious state in which the rhythms of the heart, mind, and body align. Scientific research describes this alignment as generating an energetic field that radiates outward, extending up to three feet beyond the body and softly uplifting the surrounding atmosphere and those nearby—what many call a “vibe.” Each piece arises from my lived experiences with medical challenges and becomes a playful meditation on this unseen, deeply felt energy, understood as a kind of magical force.
