MORPHEUS'S DREAMSCAPE

Mixed Media

72 x 48 x 3 in

The artwork is a vibrant and eclectic collage featuring the character Morpheus with glowing green lighted mirror glasses. The collage was created with acrylic paint & ink, gold leaf, diamond dust, and mirrors with lights on wood panels. Surrounding Morpheus are various pop culture icons, including Mickey Mouse, the Pink Panther, and a Minion playing a guitar and singing. Images of scenes of the main characters in The Matrix, Albert Einstein and Salvador Dali are incorporated into the collage. The background is filled with binary code, bright colors, and references to a popular sci-fi film, with the title "Matrix" prominently displayed. The composition combines nostalgia, humor, technology, and popular media elements. Will you take the Red Pill or the Blue One?
