About the artist

Ellie Weakley

You will typically find Ellie perched at the Amalfi Coast, teaching in Carmel by the Sea, or in her lakeside studio in Fort Collins, Colorado. Known as one of the world's best translucent watercolor artists, Weakley has now been collected internationally for both her watercolors and oils. Having shown in some of the nations best galleries such as Driscoll Gallery in Aspen, Knox Galleries in Vail, Naples FL, Beaver Creek, CO, and Denver, CO, Columbine Galleries in Loveland, CO and Santa Fe' , NM,  Smith Klein Gallery in Boulder, CO, and The Smithsonian in Washington DC. , her art is collected by dignitaries, celebrities, friends and family. Sought after as a fine art instructor, Weakley has taught worldwide in such stunning places as Paris, Provence, Italy, Ireland, Mexico, and schools in the United States including Scottsdale Artist School,  Denver Art Students League, Loveland Academy of Fine Art, and Private Workshops in Carmel by the Sea.
