David loves to draw and paint, and approaches each mark, one by one, with great concentration. While some marks have a calligraphic appearance, other areas of David’s compositions begin to emerge as figurative abstractions. David alternates between ink, watercolor, acrylic, and markers to create fluid lines and wiggling scrawls across the page. He enjoys working collaboratively, and his most recent collaboration with artist Siobhan Cooke brings together each of their strengths and unique approaches to working and drawing.
