ENLIGHTENED
You don't need much
You always told me
We could have strived for riches or fame
Filled our coffers with coin
Devoted ourselves to high-profile careers

Yet, standing here with you
On the edge of a cliff carved through 1 billion years
We watch the sun battle with rain
Birthing a rainbow in its glorious last rays

Our path has bestowed rewards I would never trade

ABOUT THIS ARTWORK
This photograph of a rainbow shining over the Grand Canyon during a thunderstorm at sunset in Grand Canyon National Park, AZ, USA, is available as a 16”x24” signed limited-edition print (printed on archival giclée paper), mounted to a backing board, and framed. Included with the framed print is the accompanying narrative (shown above), which is etched into a 3.5" x 5" black acrylic plaque. Both the print and the plaque have mounting hardware attached, making them ready to hang on your wall.

See this artwork's additional images for examples of the paired photograph and plaque.
