While pursuing her undergraduate work she studied in Paris, France and extended her travel to England, the Netherlands, and Italy. She has been represented by Goldsberry Gallery in Houston and Craighead Green Gallery in Dallas, Texas. Her work has been included in group exhibitions at the Woman Made Gallery in Chicago, New American Painting through the Open Studios Press in Boston, United States Art in Embassies Exhibition, La Paz, Bolivia, in New Orleans at the Contemporary Art Center, Ogden Museum of Art, and Delgado Community College, and the Louisiana State University Art Museum in Baton Rouge as well as numerous exhibitions throughout the region. In 2001 she was recognized as a Fellow of the Louisiana Division of the Arts.
