This new piece (50 x 70 cm) on paper continues my "Migrations" series, focusing on the sheer vastness of the sky. Using ink and acrylic, I wanted to capture the feeling of birds dissolving into the horizon—where the blue of the air meets the dust of the earth.
For the "Crossroads" exhibition in Lisbon, this work represents the "transit" phase: that beautiful, weightless state of being between two homes. It’s about the clarity of the path when there is nothing but blue sky ahead.
