About the artist

Jarrad McKay

When Jarrad McKay started tattooing at age 15, it took his art to another level. From there he began to put more focus into painting on canvas. In December 2015 McKay presented his first solo art show, "Retro Spective," a series of paintings geared towards his outlook and life experiences in the ghettoes in New Orleans in the 1990s. Barely one year later McKay presented a new series in his second solo art show, "Year of the Camo." His successful third show, "Year of the Camo 2," debuted in 2021.
