Excerpt from artist’s Impact Statement: "Noor Inayat Khan’s bravery and willingness to risk her life led me to choose her as an unsung hero. As someone who has always been intrigued by historical movies, reading Khan’s biography especially captivated me. Despite her noble background, she worked as a spy for the Allies, risking her life for a greater impact on the world."
