Excerpt from artist’s Impact Statement: "Change begins first with the acknowledgement that there is a problem. Hine dedicated his life to reveal the stories of many with his camera and ignited positive change as a result. I plan to make more of an effort in my daily life to be more aware of current social issues and possibly help spread awareness through my own art so that I can share it with others. "
