Beacon is an original fused glass artwork from my Glasscapes series. Layers of hand-cut glass, transparent color, and raised geometric elements create a sense of depth, while rich cobalt blues are balanced with touches of lavender, silver, and black. Fine linear details and intersecting forms suggest the quiet structure of an abstract cityscape.
Mounted on a wood panel with whitewashed sides, this 4" piece is designed to stand beautifully on a shelf, desk, or tabletop.
