This 3D piece was created using high resolution image of my painting "Navy (inventory # 2010-05). The image was sublimated onto sheer polyester fabric and originally created as a luminary sculpture. The fabric was wound around a steel sculpture commissioned by me for this creation, by Jane Ritchie, Norfolk, VA (~2009). The piece was deconstructed and the fabric used on a sculpted painting: Obscura (Inventory #2024-04). Gicles available on demand photo images, for (price depending on size).
