Artist Bio
Solar was born and raised in Boston, MA. Throughout his life, his image and creative direction for art has expanded since, going from paintings and paintings to graphic designing and the experimentation of different art styles. For more than a decade Solar has been invested in art. His inspiration for his art has transcended from minimal art, fashion, solid art, emotions, and the experiences in his life that later on was created into art. Solar started in AFH in July of 2023 from the recommendation of his friend and has created paintings that all compliment each other.

Artist Statement
My art style usually targets fashion and the personification of technology, while also descending back from older images and references, all coming from the emotion I decide to start from. The work I make is supposed to create an image for the viewer as if they were in that painting, also reminiscing from those similar memories that they’ve had, creating a connection between me and the viewer. What motivates me to create these type of paintings root way back to the days where I used to live, the joyful and close memories and moments I had with my people from back at a younger age, knowing that I can’t rewind back, I create pieces that can help me have that feeling again.
