Prairie on the Move is a one-of-a-kind artwork that celebrates the rich history of Adams County and the important work of Public Works.
Inspired by open spaces, possibility, and constant change, this installation depicts the wild prairie unbound with bison, the earthbound work of agricultural plowing and road building, and the expansive use of wind that moves through the sky as a source of power and livelihood.
